Q1.)What might be the differences between a computer system set up for a business to use? Think about the different hardware that might be needed? (Shaun)
A.1.) The gaming system will be more expensive and you will need high speed processor, memory, modern, ram, powerful computer, good tower, a flat screen monitor (19 Inch), DVD drive, Speaker. Space etc to play the games. The business needs modern, printer.
Q2.)Earl has got £800 to spend. How can Shaheen work out if he has gotten enough money? What if he hasn’t got enough? What methods could Shaheen use to help her work out the prices of these different options? ? (Hansel)
A.2.) She dosen’t have to do anything if the price she add up meet the standard to the budget, but if it isn’t and the customer’s budget is not enough, than she will pick the most expensive one and give more options.
Q3.) What does Shaheen need to do to this spreadsheet model so that it is ready to use?(Shaun)
A.3.) She adds a title and some text labels and formats the spreadsheet to make it clear and easy to use.
Q4.) How can Shaheen use the spreadsheet model to help her with the new customer? What changes might she need to make her spreadsheet model?(Hansel)
A.4.) She has to list out what the requirement that has been given from the new customer.
(e.g Gaming Computer, 32GB, 50 Ram, budget $1000) Than Shaheen has to list in all the requirements and put the prices and total it up, than if the new customer does not have enough money, than she has to make it less. (e.g 32 GB = 12 GB) (Hansel)
Q5.) How else could Shaheen present this information to make it easier to read?
A.5.) Shaheen decides to create a graph of the information; Once she has done this it is much easier to see the pattern.(Chiara)
